This is a recipe found online here. It is a GREAT chili recipe if you don't like beans included. This recipe serves 6, but if you click the link above you can adjust how many servings for the correct ingredient amounts. This is an easy, quick chili recipe for large gatherings or just a blistery, cold evening in with the family.

No Bean Chili
Serves 6
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (more or less depending on your tolerance)
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes (more if you like it saucy)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Directions

Crumble the ground beef into a stock pot or large dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook stirring frequently until beef is evenly browned. Drain off excess grease.

Season with chili powder, oregano, cumin and hot sauce. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and vinegar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 1 hour-or longer if you have time. Stir occasionally to prevent burning on the bottom.

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped onions if desired. Enjoy!
