Chocolate Cobbler

Ingredients

1 stick of butter

Combine:
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup milk  ( up to 3/4 cup if you wish)

Combine:
1 cup sugar
6 TBSP of cocoa powder

2 cups hot water

Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Place 1 stick of butter in the oven safe baking pan to melt. Combine the first 4 ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl combine the next 2 ingredients. Once the butter is melted, pour flour mixture into pan.  Sprinkle the cocoa mixture over top.  Pour 2 cups of hot water over mixture.
Cook @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
