Mom's Rice Casserole

Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups chopped carrots
1 large onion chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 14oz. can chicken broth
1/4 cup water
1 lb breakfast sausage cooked

Directions
Spread rice evenly in lightly greased 3 quart casserole dish. Spoon vegetables over rice. Pour chicken broth and water over vegetables.

Cook sausage in skillet and drain grease. Spoon sausage over vegetables. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover - stir - cover again and back another 30 minutes.
